The Cohasset Boys Lacrosse team won the state championship on Saturday, June 23rd, which was played at Boston University’s Nickerson Field. Cohasset played against Dover-Sherborn, and they came out on top winning 10-6. Cohasset was ranked the No. 1 seed in their division, which is Div. 3 South, with a record of 17-6. Dover-Sherborn is ranked No. 2 in their Central/East division, ending the season with a record of 15-8. In the game, the Cohasset Skippers took an early lead, as well as an early control over the game that Dover-Sherborn wasn’t able to come back from. This win is the Cohasset Skippers third State Championship win this decade. Congratulations to the team!
