A man by the name Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was the leader of the infamous terrorist group ISIS. This group is linked to many deaths of innocent civilians. The U.S. Special Operation Forces spent years trying to calculate where they could find the leader. They finally were able to track al-Baghdadi and U.S. troops located in the area closed in on the leader and were shooting to kill. However, before they were able to reach al-Baghdadi, he committed suicide through a self-detonating bomb. This action, prompted by the actions of U.S. troops, is hopefully the light at the end of the tunnel for the innocent civilians in Syria and the surrounding countries.
